施工项目前期策划,在整个过程中必须不断地进行环境调查,并对环境发展趋向进行合理的预测。环境是确定项目目标,进行项目定义,分析可行性的最重要的影响因素,是进行正确决策的基础。在整个过程中有一个多重反馈的过程,要不断地进行调整、修改、优化,甚至放弃原定的构思、目标或方案。本文重点就如何做好施工项目前期准备工作进行了分析。
During the pre-construction planning of the construction project, the environmental investigation must be continuously carried out throughout the process and a reasonable forecast of the environmental development trend should be made. Environment is the most important factor that determines the project objectives, defines the project, and analyzes the feasibility. It is the basis for making correct decisions. There is a multi-feedback process throughout the process that is continually adjusting, modifying, optimizing, or even abandoning the original idea, goal or plan.
