To date, endocardial myocardial biopsy (EMB) remains the baseline method of diagnosing acute rejection of a transplanted heart, but it carries trauma and sometimes false negatives. As a result, people are struggling to find reliable, noninvasive means of detection. According to reports, surface ECG using fast Fourier transform (FFT) for spectrum analysis, can be used to monitor postoperative early rejection. This article analyzes whether this method can monitor acute postoperative long-term rejection. In the body surface with ink marked electrode position, using two orthogonal bipolar lead ECG. Sixty-four ms before QRS midpoint and 60ms (120ms total) as the segment length, multiplied by the Blackman-Harris window, and then analyzed by the 512-point FFT method for 100 consecutive QRS bands. The vertical axis is the logarithm of the spectrum (origin is 72dB, vertex is
