介绍了感应滤波技术在实际工业定制电力系统中的运行经验。给出了感应滤波的单相等值电路并介绍了其基本的工作原理和技术特点,分析了感应滤波技术的滤波优势;针对某实际运行的基于感应滤波的工业定制电力系统,给出了一次设备的主电路拓扑以及所采用的主要技术参数和技术特性。对工业定制电力系统的电能质量进行了详细的现场测试。测试结果表明,采用感应滤波的工业定制电力系统能有效抑制电力系统侧的谐波电流,并且减少了定制系统中整流变压器铁心中的交变谐波磁通。同时整流变压器的附加谐波损耗得到了有效降低,功率因数得到提高,改善了系统的电能质量。
The operation experience of inductive filtering in practical industrial custom power system is introduced. The single-phase equivalent circuit of the inductive filtering is given and its basic working principle and technical characteristics are introduced. The advantages of the filtering of the inductive filtering technology are analyzed. For a practical industrial inductive power system based on inductive filtering, The main circuit topology of the equipment and the main technical parameters and technical characteristics used. A detailed on-site test of the power quality of industrial custom power systems was conducted. The test results show that the industrial customized power system with inductive filtering can effectively suppress the harmonic current on the power system side and reduce the alternating harmonic flux in the rectifier transformer core in the custom system. Meanwhile, the additional harmonic loss of the rectifier transformer is effectively reduced, the power factor is improved, and the power quality of the system is improved.
