目的探讨听觉脑干电反应(ABR)在诊断外伤后聋中的作用。方法对56例(56耳)中度和轻度外伤后聋病人进行ABR测试,通过分析聋耳ABR反应阈与主观听阈的关系来判断耳聋的性质和程度。结果发现真实听力22耳(39.3%),可疑伪聋9耳(16%)。伪聋或功能性聋25耳(44.7%)。结论ABR进行听敏度测试,尽管ABR反应阈的出现受很多因素影响,使准确判断病人听阈受一定干扰,但ABR仍是诊断伪聋和功能性聋最有效手段之一。
Objective To investigate the role of auditory brainstem response (ABR) in the diagnosis of deafness after trauma. Methods 56 cases (56 ears) moderate and mild traumatic post-traumatic deafness were tested by ABR, and the relationship between ABR threshold and subjective hearing threshold was analyzed to determine the nature and degree of deafness. The results showed that true ears 22 ears (39.3%), suspected deafness 9 ears (16%). False or functional deafness 25 ears (44.7%). Conclusions The ABR is used to test the hearing ability. Although ABR threshold is influenced by many factors, which can make sure the hearing threshold of the patient is a certain interference, ABR is still one of the most effective methods to diagnose false deaf and functional deafness.
