针对成人学员年龄梯度大,文化基础薄弱,程度参差不齐,学习死记硬背,不善于联系实际,学习动机明确,逻辑思维能力和分析问题解决问题能力较强,但记忆能力较差等特点。我认为成人数学教学应注意以下两个方面: 一、教学内容的选择应突出实用性李鹏总理指出:“成人教育应以提高本职工作能力为重点,提倡学用结合,按需施教,干什么,学什么;缺什么,补什么”。突出实用性,首先教学内容要有较强的针对性,考虑学以致用、学用结合,突出重点,速成速效等特点。教师应该精心选择实用性的教学内容,在讲述中,把
