与线性稳压电源相比,开关型电源具有体积小、重量轻、效率高等优点,因此,随着电子设备小型化、轻量化的要求不断提高,开关电源的应用越来越广。目前在国外电子设备的电源中,开关型电源已占90%以上。但是,开关电源的控制电路比较复杂,可靠性较差,设计、制作和维修都比较困难,严重影响了开关电源的应用。为了克服这些缺点,国内最近研制了开关电源专用厚膜控制电路。它与开关电源集成控制器相比:外围元件少、元件精度高、焊点少,可靠性高,开关电源的设计、制作和维修更加方便。 一、单端变换器厚膜控制电路HK01的结构和基本工作原理
