幽门梗阻为胃癌三大并发症之一。我们于1972年1月到1981年12月十年间共收治胃癌并幽门梗阻61例,为同期胃癌病例之9.3％,现报道如下。临床资料性别和年龄全组男45例,女16例,男女之比为2.8:1,年龄44-75岁,平均55.19岁。病程胃部疾患病史1月-10年,平均17.65月,自发生幽门梗阻至入院2天-2月,平均24.63天。诊断除6例未行任何检查外,其余均作钡餐检查,其中2例误诊为溃疡病,1例误诊为淋巴肉瘤,余均诊断胃癌。其中3例同时经胃镜确诊。61例中25例上腹部触及包块,19例伴上消化道出血。手术全组31例行胃空肠吻合术,1例
Pyloric obstruction is one of the three major complications of gastric cancer. From January 1972 to December 1981, we treated 61 patients with gastric cancer and pyloric obstruction, which was 9.3% of the cases of gastric cancer during the same period. The report is as follows. The clinical data of gender and age group were 45 males and 16 females. The male to female ratio was 2.8:1, and the age ranged from 44 to 75, with an average age of 55.19. History of illness The history of stomach disorders from January to October, with an average of 17.65 months, occurred since the onset of pyloric obstruction to admission for 2 days to 2 months, an average of 24.63 days. In addition to 6 cases without any examination, the rest were barium meal examination, of which 2 cases were misdiagnosed as ulcer disease, 1 case was misdiagnosed as lymphosarcoma, the remaining were diagnosed with gastric cancer.
