本文通过对不同表面状态的UZ钢管腐蚀性能差异的分析。借助于扫描电镜,光电子能谱仪,金相分析等手段,指出影响休氏试验结果的因素是由于钢管在光亮热处理时,钢管表面渗氮、氧化造成的。
In this paper, different surface conditions of UZ steel corrosion analysis of the differences. By means of scanning electron microscopy, photoelectron spectroscopy, metallographic analysis and other means, it is pointed out that the factors affecting the results of Huntsman test are due to the nitriding and oxidation of steel pipe surface during bright heat treatment.
