核心提示:“重生行动——全国贫困家庭唇腭裂儿童手术康复计划”(简称“重生行动”),是民政部和李嘉诚基金会共同发起的贫困家庭医疗救助项目,其基本任务是免费为全国贫困家庭中患有唇腭裂及相关畸形的儿童实施手术矫治康复。项目资助的总规模为1亿元,其中,民政部投入部本级福利彩票公益金5000万元,李嘉诚基金会捐资5000万元。为确保受助对象能够享受到国家优质的医疗资源,民政部和李嘉诚基金会在全国精选了20家项目承办医疗单位,推动建立集优质医疗、康复指导、预防教育、义工参与于一体的综合医疗救助模式。
