组织向外获取隐性知识需要战略和策略。本文分析了隐性知识及其获取特点,并从战略与策略两个角度对组织获取外部隐性知识进行了深入的探讨,提出了对策。
Organizations acquiring tacit knowledge require strategies and tactics. This paper analyzes the characteristics of tacit knowledge and its acquisition, and probes deeply into the organization’s acquisition of external tacit knowledge from two aspects of strategy and strategy, and puts forward countermeasures.
