以“黑仙子1号”、“黑仙子5号”为试材,研究了吊蔓贮藏方式对节瓜果实品质及耐贮性的影响。结果表明:与普通仓库贮藏相比较,吊蔓贮藏节瓜的耐贮性有较为明显的提高;果实含水量、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量及可溶性蛋白质含量较高,有机酸含量相对较低;节瓜采用吊蔓方式贮藏有利于减少烂瓜率,延缓果实品质的下降。
In order to study the effect of hanging vine on the quality and storability of Chieh-chieh fruits, Black fairy No.1 and Black fairy 5 were used as materials. The results showed that compared with ordinary storage, the storability of Stichopus nigra increased significantly; the fruit water content, soluble solid content, vitamin C content, soluble protein content and organic acid content were relatively low ; Gourd vine hanging storage method is conducive to reduce the rate of rotten melon, delayed the decline of fruit quality.
