实验研究了基于Nd…YVO4晶体的亚太赫兹(sub-THz)双频微片激光器(DFL)的热效应及其对输出激光信号频差的影响。在实验中,通过改变DFL的温度,实现了激光信号频差的调谐。实验结果表明,在一定温度范围内,DFL的激光信号频差随激光器温度的升高呈线性增长,以此可实现频差的温度调谐。
The thermal effects of sub-THz dual-frequency microchip lasers (DFLs) based on Nd ... YVO4 crystals and their effects on the frequency difference of the output laser signals were studied experimentally. In the experiment, by changing the temperature of DFL, the tuning of laser signal frequency difference was realized. The experimental results show that the frequency deviation of laser signal in DFL increases linearly with the increase of laser temperature in a certain temperature range, and the temperature difference of frequency difference can be tuned.
