井斜问题是影响钻井井身质量的关键因素,而目前钻井中对井身轨迹提出了更高的要求,如何控制好井斜大小和井身轨迹的走向以及提高钻井速度是钻井的重要工作。利用常规钻井技术不但很难满足井身质量的要求,而且严重制约了钻井速度的提高。通过理论分析和实践,利用动力钻具配合高效钻头钻井,可以大大地提高机械钻速、缩短钻井周期,尤其是防斜打直方面可以更好地控制井身轨迹。
The problem of well deviation is the key factor affecting the quality of wellbore. At present, the requirement of well trajectory is raised in well drilling. How to control well size and well trajectory and increase well drilling speed is an important work in drilling. The use of conventional drilling technology is not only difficult to meet the requirements of well quality, but also seriously hampered the improvement of drilling speed. Through theoretical analysis and practice, the use of power drill with high-efficiency bit drilling, can greatly enhance the rate of ROP, shorten the drilling cycle, especially in the anti-slant can better control the wellbore trajectory.
