通常摆针行星传动是一齿差传动。这种齿廓在大功率小速比时容易胶合,很难应用。但在很多工业部门不要求得到传动比小于11的减速机。因此本文提出了少齿差针摆行星传动的基本概念和设计时所遇到的几个基本问题。应用公式(6)可以计算针齿所受的最大压力Pmax;应用公式(10)可以计算齿面的最大接触应力;而应用公式(13)可以计算摆线轮的齿顶圆。对i=9的两齿差(或增齿)短幅摆线轮齿进行了试制和性能试验,取得了较满意的结果,文中叙述了试验减速机的基本参数,和经过试验所得的效率、温升数据、并与同样参数的一齿差传动进行了比较。
Usually pinned planetary gear transmission is a tooth. This tooth profile easy to glue at high power speed ratio, it is difficult to apply. However, in many industries, it is not required to obtain a speed reducer with a transmission ratio of less than 11. Therefore, this paper presents the basic concepts and design of a few teeth differential needle swing planetary transmission encountered several basic problems. Apply Equation (6) to calculate the maximum pressure Pmax on pin teeth. Apply Equation (10) to calculate the maximum contact stress on the tooth flanks. Apply Equation (13) to calculate the tip circle of the cycloid. The trial production and performance test of two-tooth difference (or added-tooth) short-width cycloidal gear with i = 9 were carried out and the satisfactory results were obtained. The basic parameters of the test gear reducer and the efficiency after the test were described. Temperature rise data, and with a tooth of the same parameter transmission is compared.
