目的分析秦皇岛市北戴河地区城镇居民高胆固醇血症在不同年龄、性别、职业的分布情况及高强度的暑期工作压力对高胆固醇血症的影响,以期针对性地对其进行调控和预防。方法筛选2009年北戴河地区城镇居民参加体检的健康成人5 408例,检查结果按照年龄、性别、职业、体检时间进行分组,分别对各组检出数据进行统计学处理,分析高胆固醇血症在北戴河地区健康人群中的分布特点,探索其原因,并根据其原因制定健康管理的对策。结果北戴河地区城镇居民高胆固醇血症40岁以下检出率男性(27.1%)高于女性(10.3%),40岁以上者女性(47.3%)高于男性(36.5%),差异均有统计学意义(P>0.01);企业及个体行业检出率高,教师低,行业间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北戴河地区城镇居民的高胆固醇血症在青年男性、中老年女性检出率高,企业及个体行业检出率高,相对集中且高强度的工作压力会引起相同职业人群的高胆固醇血症检出率升高,健康管理可以根据职业类别不同辅以年龄、性别及工作压力的考量采用整群管理模式进行管理。
Objective To analyze the distribution of hypercholesterolemia among urban residents in Beidaihe district of Qinhuangdao City in different age, sex and occupation and the effect of high-intensity summer work stress on hypercholesterolemia so as to regulate and prevent it. Methods A total of 5 408 healthy urban residents in Beidaihe district were screened for the physical examination in 2009. The test results were grouped according to age, sex, occupation and physical examination time. The data of each group were statistically analyzed. The incidence of hypercholesterolemia in Beidaihe Regional health population distribution characteristics to explore its causes, and according to the reasons for the development of health management strategies. Results The prevalence of hypercholesterolemia among urban residents in Beidaihe region was higher than that of women under the age of 40 (27.1%) and that of women over the age of 40 (47.3% vs. 36.5%), with statistical differences Significance (P> 0.01). The detection rate of enterprises and individual industries was high, teachers were low, and there was significant difference between industries (P <0.05). Conclusions The high cholesterol in urban residents in Beidaihe area is high in young men and middle-aged and elderly women. The detection rate of enterprises and individual industries is high. The relatively concentrated and high-intensity work pressure will cause the hypercholesterolemia of the same occupational group Increasing the rate of health management can be based on different occupational categories supplemented by age, gender and work pressure management using cluster management mode.
