小型二冲程发动机的设计方法

1.前言二冲程发动机具有体积小、重量轻、结构简单、成本低和扭矩大等优点,所以小型汽车广泛使用这种发动机。但是废气净化、油耗、排烟以及小负荷的不稳定燃烧等问题十分棘手,再加上与四冲程机相比可靠性稍差,所以目前使用二冲程的机型逐渐减少。但是由于二冲程机有很多优点,所以小型摩托车和操舟机仍广泛使用它。一般认为,今后二冲程机和四冲程机根据不同的用途和需要,在充分发挥各自特点的条件下会继续使用下去。 1. Introduction Two-stroke engines have the advantages of small size, light weight, simple structure, low cost and large torque, so this type of engine is widely used in small cars. However, problems such as exhaust gas purification, fuel consumption, exhaust fumes and unstable combustion of small loads are very troublesome, and the reliability is somewhat less than that of the four-stroke engine, so the models currently using two-stroke engines gradually decrease. However, because of the many advantages of a two-stroke machine, it is still widely used in motor scooters and steering jets. Generally believed that the future of two-stroke machine and four-stroke machine according to different purposes and needs, give full play to their own characteristics under the conditions will continue to be used.
