采用熔剂法热浸镀铝、镀铝-锌-硅钢材在 1 000℃下进行了高温氧化实验。结果表明,两种热浸镀钢材的氧化增量随着浸镀温度的升高和时间的增加(即合金层厚度增厚)而减少。当合金层厚度达 120 μm 以上的镀铝钢材,其高温氧化增量几乎不随氧化时间的增加而增大。在浸镀温度、时间相同的条件下,浸镀铝比浸镀铝-锌-硅钢材的氧化增量显著少,即耐高温氧化性能好。
The flux method hot dip aluminum, aluminum - zinc - silicon steel at 1000 ℃ under high temperature oxidation experiments. The results show that the oxidation increment of the two hot-dip galvanized steel decreases with the increase of the immersion temperature and the increase of the time (ie, the thickening of the alloy layer). When the thickness of the alloy layer is over 120 μm, the increment of high temperature oxidation does not increase with the increase of oxidation time. Under the condition of the same immersion temperature and the same time, the oxidation increment of immersion aluminum is significantly less than the oxidation increase of immersion aluminum-zinc-silicon steel, that is, the high temperature oxidation resistance is good.
