农业的根本出路在于机械化,如何更好地发挥农业机械的作用,使之更好地为社会主义新农村建设服务。对此,本文就农业机械使用管理过程中的技术保养内容与维修注意事项进行性了分析,并就农业机械维修过程中的事故原因进行了探讨,指出要加强对农机维修人员的技术培训,提高维修人员的业务素质,使农机设备的完好率、出勤率均保持在一个较高的水平上,充分发挥其在农业生产中的作用,促进农业的增产增收。
