根据国家质量技术监督局“关于设立广播铁塔等产品生产许可证审查部的通知”(质技监局质发[1999]236号文)的要求,全国工业产品生产许可证办公室水文仪器及岩土工程仪器审查部(以下称审查部)目前已在南京(设在水利部水文仪器质量检验测试中心)完成基本组建并挂牌开始运行。
