我厂一台1000吨四柱立式锻造水压机,传动为蒸气——增压式。由于此台水压机制造年久,操纵机构是手动的,结构陈旧。去年此台水压机大修时,车间操作工人要求改进操纵机构。因为原来的操纵机构,操纵一下约须付出30公斤的力,而一天至少要扳动几百次,所以工人的劳动强度很高(见图1)。我厂针对这问题原想添一套设计院所设计的蒸汽接力器,但我们发现蒸汽接力器结构笨重,制造成本高,并且安装地位也有问题,不适合我厂使用。于是我们决定组织领导、工人、
I plant a 1,000-ton four-column vertical forging hydraulic press, transmission steam - booster.
