目的:采用高效离心分配色谱法分离制备秋葵种子中的异槲皮苷。方法:以乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水(5∶1∶5)为溶剂系统,上相为固定相,下相为流动相,流动相流速为2.0 mL.min-1,主机转速为1000 r.min-1,检测波长为256 nm,分离制备秋葵种子中的异槲皮苷。结果:从秋葵种子中分离得到纯度为98.2%的异槲皮苷。结论:该方法快速、简单,重复性好,分离样品纯度高。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate isoquercitrin in okra seeds by high performance centrifugal partition chromatography. Methods: The solvent system was ethyl acetate-ethanol-water (5:1:5). The upper phase was stationary phase and the lower phase was mobile phase. The mobile phase flow rate was 2.0 mL.min-1 and the host rotation speed was 1000 r. min-1, the detection wavelength of 256 nm, isoquercitrin isolated from the preparation of okra seeds. Results: isoquercitrin with purity of 98.2% was isolated from okra seeds. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and reproducible. The purity of the isolated samples is high.
