工会在高校思想政治工作中发挥着重要作用,高校工会思想政治工作的对象主要是教职工。高校工会应该以切实关心教职工切身利益,维护教职工合法权益作为思想政治工作的重点,把开展思想政治工作落到实处。首先加强师德建设,提高教职工的职业道德水平。其次,建立教职工互助互济帮困救难长效机制,解决教职工因病产生的经济困难。第三,教职工心理沙龙,关心教职工心理健康。
Trade unions play an important role in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The objects of ideological and political work in trade unions of colleges and universities are mainly faculty members.
