Situational teaching is a stimulating teaching method that stimulates the consciousness of students’ questions as value orientation. This paper discusses how to create high quality math problem situations in order to promote the new curriculum ideas, guide students to take the initiative to learn knowledge, think deeply, and improve students’ maths learning. Several effective ways of teaching junior middle school math situations are put forward. The new curriculum standard clearly points out: It is necessary for students to “learn mathematics in vivid and concrete situations and experience and understand mathematics in real situations”, which can effectively promote the development of students’ thinking ability, innovation ability and practical ability. Visible, situational teaching play an important role. To this end, teachers should be based on the textbook content, combined with learning
