语言与文化是两个密切联系的概念,语言是文化的载体,文化又包含语言,两者互相影响、不可分割。这种密切的联系也体现在对外汉语教学中,汉语教学的主要内容是语言,但是任何一种语言都不能脱离文化而存在,因此要达到有效汉语教学目标就必须有相应的文化内容输入,这也是为什么文化教学在对外汉语教学中起着如此重要的作用。那么在对外汉语教学中应该教什么文化,怎样教,就成为了语言教学中文化因素教学研究的重要课题。而在教学过程中的具有导向作用的教材,又应该选取哪些文化内容,怎样导入和编排文化内容达到最佳的教学效果,这些也就是本文试图探讨的问题。本文搜集和整理了新旧两版《实用汉语课本》中涉及的文化内容,通过对比这两套综合课本中的文化因素,针对两者在文化因素选择和导入问题上所呈现的特点进行分析,并希望在此基础上能为以后的文化因素教学和教材编写提出一些建议。
Language and culture are two closely related concepts. Language is the carrier of culture, and culture contains language. The two are mutually influential and inseparable. This close connection is also reflected in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the main content of Chinese teaching is language, but any one language can not exist without the culture, so to achieve the goal of effective teaching of Chinese must have the corresponding cultural input, It is also why culture teaching plays such an important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Then what should be taught in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, how to teach, has become an important issue of teaching of cultural factors in language teaching. In the process of teaching, the teaching materials that have the guiding function, what cultural contents should be selected, how to import and arrange the cultural contents to achieve the best teaching effect, these are the problems that this article tries to explore. This paper collects and organizes the cultural contents involved in both the old and the new version of Practical Chinese Textbooks. By comparing the cultural factors in these two sets of comprehensive textbooks, this paper analyzes the characteristics of both the cultural factors selection and introduction I hope on this basis, I can put forward some suggestions for future teaching and teaching of cultural factors.
