介绍应用涡流检测技术测量铝蒙皮拉弯成型回弹量的基本原理与特点,以及应用系统机实现测量的电路设计与软件编制。通过试验验证了方法的可行性。
Introduced the application of eddy current testing technology to measure the aluminum rebound bending forming the basic principles and characteristics of springback, as well as the application of system machine to achieve the measurement circuit design and software preparation. The feasibility of the method is verified through experiments.
