为研究复杂结构镁合金压铸件充型过程的卷气问题,采用Anycasting软件对复杂结构镁合金铸件的充型过程进行了数值仿真。分析了压铸过程金属液的流动行为,并判断充型过程产生卷气的原因。基于仿真结果,提出了优化的压铸工艺,即通过改变浇口数量以及充型角度来改变金属液的充型顺序。采用优化的压铸工艺,能够有效地避免部分卷气的产生,获得了较为理想的充型效果。
In order to study the problem of air entrainment during the filling process of complex structure magnesium alloy die-casting, Anycasting software was used to simulate the filling process of complex structure magnesium alloy castings. The flow behavior of molten metal in the die casting process was analyzed and the reason of the curl in the filling process was analyzed. Based on the simulation results, the optimized die casting process is proposed, which is to change the filling sequence of molten metal by changing the number of gates and filling angle. The use of optimized die-casting process, can effectively avoid the part of the gas generation, obtained the ideal filling effect.
