本文应用超微立体学及荧光分光光度计测定相结合的方法,观察S91黑色素瘤细胞经2×10~(-7)Mα—MSH和10~(-3)M cAMP作用后,细胞生长,黑色素生成及细胞形态方面的变化。结果表明,应用上述试剂作用后,细胞的生长受抑制、刺激黑色素生成并引起一系列形态学上的变化,包括细胞体积增大、各种细胞器体密度和绝对体积的变化以及黑素小体数量及黑色素含量的变化。
