Shandong Public Security has a long and glorious revolutionary history. On March 24, 1941, the Public Security Department of Shandong Province Wartime Work Promotion Committee was formally established in Yimeng Mountain, marking the establishment of Shandong Provincial Public Security Bureau. This is the first one under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party Provincial public security organs. The majority of public security officers took special measures to defend the democratic regime and set an immortal feat for the founding and development of the anti-Japanese base areas and the liberated areas. Since the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, before and after the founding of the People’s Republic, many of the predecessors of the Shandong Public Security Revolution went southward to support the whole country and became the founding fathers
