目的探讨OK-432对人口腔鳞癌细胞系Tca8113和Bca CD885的药物敏感性。方法采用四基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测不同剂量OK-432在5个时间点(1、2、3、4、5 d)对Tca8113和Bca CD885的生长抑制作用,计算不同时间点OK-432的半数抑癌率(IC50)和生长抑制率,选择药物作用后第4天观察量效关系。结果 OK-432能明显抑制Tca8113和Bca CD885细胞的增殖生长,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其抑制效应随药物浓度升高而增高。结论 OK-432能显著抑制Tca8113和Bca CD885增殖,对Tca8113的敏感性比Bca CD885强。
Objective To investigate the drug sensitivity of OK-432 to human oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines Tca8113 and Bca CD885. Methods The growth inhibition of Tca8113 and Bca CD885 in different doses of OK-432 at different time points (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 d) was detected by MTT assay. -432 half the tumor suppression rate (IC50) and growth inhibition rate, the choice of drug action after 4 days to observe the dose-response relationship. Results OK-432 significantly inhibited the proliferation and proliferation of Tca8113 and Bca CD885 cells compared with the control group (P <0.05), and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of the drug concentration. Conclusion OK-432 can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Tca8113 and Bca CD885, and its sensitivity to Tca8113 is stronger than that of Bca CD885.
