本文首先讨论橡胶隔震支座拉伸的基本性能,在此基础上对橡胶支座竖向拉力和拉伸变形性能进行试验研究,包括零剪切拉伸试验、定剪切拉伸试验和零剪切拉伸破坏试验。结果表明,支座各剪切状态的初始拉伸刚度试验值与理论值较吻合;支座拉伸刚度、屈服刚度和屈服应力随剪切变形的增大而逐渐减小;另外,支座在零剪切状态的极限拉伸应力可达3.43MPa,极限拉应变达240%,表现出良好的拉伸变形能力。
In this paper, the basic properties of rubber bearing isolation are discussed. Based on the above, the vertical tensile and tensile deformation properties of rubber bearing are studied, including zero-shear tensile test, constant-shear tensile test and zero Shear tensile failure test. The results show that the experimental values of the initial tensile stiffness at different shearing states are in good agreement with the theoretical values. The tensile stiffness, yield stiffness and yield stress of supports decrease with the increase of shear deformation. In addition, Zero shear state of the ultimate tensile stress up to 3.43MPa, ultimate tensile strain of 240%, showing good tensile deformation capacity.
