In this paper, we introduce a cryogenic vacuum system for obtaining superheated superfluid helium at temperatures below λ. The key component flow compressor in this system is described in more detail. Finally, with a practical 2.17K liquid helium vessel, a selection of flow impedance values and their test results are given.
