本文运用有关试验资料,在对光、温、湿诸气象要素与茶叶中的主要生化成份之间的单相关分析的基础上,进一步计算了气象要素与茶叶生化成份之间的偏相关系数。根据偏相关系数的大小,认为影响浙江缙云春茶鲜叶主要生化成份含量的关键气象因子是温度。并对如何提高茶叶品质等问题作了一些简要讨论。
Based on the single-correlation analysis between the meteorological factors of light, temperature and humidity and the main biochemical components in tea, this paper further calculated the partial correlation coefficient between the meteorological elements and the biochemical components of tea based on the experimental data. According to the size of the partial correlation coefficient, it is considered that the key meteorological factor that affects the main biochemical components of the fresh leaves of Jinyunchun tea in Zhejiang is temperature. And made some brief discussions on how to improve the quality of tea.
