联想收购 IBM 个人电脑业务后,以杨元庆为首的联想高管层薪酬急升,一跃成为内地最高薪酬的打工群体。联想的整体董事的酬金由前年度的1270万港元,升至去年度的1.75亿港元,激增12.8倍。其中,在前一个年度,杨元庆的年薪只有424万港元,而到了06年度便激增至2175万港元。杨元庆更表示,在“老联想”时期,联想的薪酬与同等规模的国际公司相比就有比较大的差距,而自从并购 IBM PC 业务后,联想国际高管和中国高管有很大的差距,这种情况不可能长期持续。他透露,联想制定了一个3至5年缩小薪酬差距的步骤。这意味着联想高层的薪酬仍存在再次上涨的可能。
