学生党员是党组织中充满活力和生命力的群体,对实习期的学生党员进行教育和管理,能够加快实习期党员成为真正党员的步伐,壮大我国党员队伍,为党员队伍及时输送鲜活的能量。民办高职院校实习期学生党员的教育和管理工作是目前民办高职院校学生党建工作中不可忽视的环节,理应受到高职院校的重视。如何开展民办高职院校实习期间学生的教育和管理工作,发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,使其能按期转正,是民办高职院校学生党建面临的新课题。
