近些年,民办高职院校学生党员队伍不断发展壮大,但是随之而来的问题是学生党员的后续教育工作并没有得到应有的重视。加强党性修养,让学生党员充分发挥党的先进性,是民办高职院校各级党组织需要解决的问题。在充分分析民办高职院校学生党员后续教育现状的基础上,需要不断探索、改进和加强学生党员后续教育的有效途径。
In recent years, the ranks of student party members in private higher vocational colleges continue to grow and develop, but the ensuing problem is that the follow-up education work of student party members has not received the due attention.
