随着我国工业化进程的进一步加快,电力行业的发展突飞猛进,为了适应行业发展,电力工程施工逐渐增多,对于工程本身来讲质量管理是保证工程达到建设目标的主要手段。因此如何加强电力工程施工质量管理,提高管理效率,是每一个电力工程建设者所追求的目标。本文结合工作实际,分析了目前电力工程施工质量管理的不足,并提出了解决对策。
With the further acceleration of China’s industrialization process, the development of the power industry by leaps and bounds, in order to adapt to the development of the industry, power engineering construction gradually increased, for the project itself, quality management is to ensure that the project to achieve the construction of the main means. Therefore, how to strengthen the quality management of power project construction and improve the management efficiency is the goal pursued by every power project builder. In this paper, the actual work, analysis of the current power engineering construction quality management deficiencies, and proposed solutions.
