目的:了解三七葛根胶囊重金属含量,建立中草药重金属检测高效准确的方法体系。方法:采用湿法消化法对样品进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行重金属检测分析。结果:测出三七葛根胶囊中含有微量的重金属成分,结果分别是:铬(Cr)≤0.13 mg/kg,铜(Cu)≤3.81 mg/kg,镉(Cd)≤0.02 mg/kg,锌(Zn)≤1.80 mg/kg;铅(Pb)≤0.53 mg/kg。砷(As)未检出。结论:三七葛根胶囊含有微量重金属成分,但其含量远低于国家相关标准。对中药制剂建立快速可行的重金属检测体系,是完成其安全、有效、稳定、可控目标的重要环节。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the content of heavy metals in Panax Puerariae capsules and to establish an efficient and accurate method for the determination of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines. Methods: Samples were pretreated by wet digestion and detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Results: The content of trace heavy metals in Panax notoginseng was measured. The results were as follows: chromium (Cr) ≤0.13 mg / kg, Cu ≤3.81 mg / kg, Cd ≤0.02 mg / kg, (Zn) ≤1.80 mg / kg; lead (Pb) ≤0.53 mg / kg. Arsenic (As) was not detected. Conclusion: Panax Puerariae contains trace heavy metals, but its content is much lower than the national standards. The establishment of a fast and feasible heavy metal detection system for traditional Chinese medicine preparations is an important part of completing its safe, effective, stable and controllable target.
