在实验室研究了中高碱度的两个基础渣系内加入不同发泡剂后的发泡性能,并在250吨钢包炉上进行了埋弧加热的工艺试验,据此对发泡机理,影响炉渣发泡的因素、加热工艺及埋弧加热对钢水和炉渣成分的影响进行了分析讨论。
Foaming performance of two basic slag systems with medium and high alkalinity after adding different foaming agents was studied in the laboratory and the submerged arc heating process test was carried out on a 250-ton ladle furnace to influence the foaming mechanism The influence of slag foaming, heating process and submerged arc heating on the composition of molten steel and slag were analyzed and discussed.
