目的为了要准确及安全地到达肺部组织活体采样之目标。方法检查时会采用倾斜构架(tiltinggantry)的方法,使表皮上之进入点与胸腔内之标的物呈现在同一平面上,如此便可避开血管、骨头及重要脏器,使穿刺针简单的、安全的达到目的。结果经过统计分析处理后,总和平均后倾斜角度为18.40°,统计标准差为1.76。在通过肋骨与肩胛骨的缝隙之后,对于病灶的采样可以有最好的采样效率。结论倾斜构架在CT导引下对肺部之活检方法,可提供活体取样、减低对肺部伤害,提升组织取样更精确的检查方法。
