目的用气相色谱法测定消毒产品中对叔戊基苯酚钠、邻苯基苯酚钠和邻苄基对氯苯酚钠3种成分。方法确定样品前处理条件,进行线性范围、检出限、精密度、准确度试验。结果使用DB-5 Phenyl Methyl Siloxane Capillary 30m×0.25mm×0.25μm毛细管色谱柱;采用氢火焰离子化检测器;柱温为200℃(保持10 min);汽化室温度为275℃;检测器温度为300℃时,各组分在一定质量浓度范围内(0.2 g/L~3 g/L)具有良好的线性关系,检出限在4 mg/L~5 mg/L之间,相对标准偏差在0.24%~0.37%之间,加标回收率在90.0%~105.0%之间。结论该方法具有准确、灵敏、快速等特点,适于同时测定消毒产品中的对叔戊基苯酚钠、邻苯基苯酚钠、邻苄基对氯苯酚钠3种成分。
Objective To determine the constituents of sodium t-amylphenolate, o-phenylphenol sodium and o-benzyl p-chlorophenolate in disinfection products by gas chromatography. Methods to determine the pretreatment conditions, the linear range, detection limit, precision, accuracy test. The column temperature was 200 ℃ (for 10 min). The temperature of the vaporization chamber was 275 ℃. The temperature of the detector was At 300 ℃, the linearity of each component ranged from 0.2 g / L to 3 g / L with a detection limit of 4 mg / L to 5 mg / L with a relative standard deviation of 0.24% ~ 0.37%, the spiked recoveries ranged from 90.0% to 105.0%. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and rapid. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of three components of sodium t-amylphenolate, o-phenylphenol sodium and o-benzyl p-chlorophenolate in disinfection products.
