业主与物业公司之间很多的误解是由于双方信息不对称造成的。信息不对称使得双方对一些问题的认识角度和出发点不一致,从而产生误解。消除双方信息不对称,构建和谐的前提条件就是要相互沟通。
Many misunderstandings between owners and property companies are due to asymmetric information between the two parties.
