本研究用高压釜装置模拟直流锅炉制备湿蒸汽。在高压釜内用不同水样做对比取样(不放压)和液(汽)管出口减压取样试验,测定试液的pH值和矿化度。在釜内用不同水样做石英砂的溶蚀试验和实测注汽井底的石英砂经注蒸汽“一次吞吐”后重量和粒径的变化。收集了国内外三个油田在热采井中充填石英砂的使用效果。通过分析,从理论和实践上确认:在注汽井井底高压高温密闭的汽液相混掺条件下,其液相不显高pH值碱性,故石英砂能作热采井的充填材料。
In this study, an autoclave was used to simulate a DC boiler to produce wet steam. In the autoclave with different water samples to do contrast sampling (no pressure) and liquid (vapor) tube decompression sampling test to determine the test solution pH and salinity. Corrosion test of quartz sand with different water samples in the autoclave and the change of weight and particle size of the quartz sand at the bottom of the injection steam injection hole by “steaming once” are described. The results of using quartz sand in thermal recovery wells in three oil fields at home and abroad were collected. Through the analysis, it is confirmed theoretically and practically that under the high-temperature and high-temperature sealed vapor-liquid phase mixing well in the bottom of a steam injection well, the liquid phase does not have a high alkaline pH value, so quartz sand can be used as a filling material for thermal production wells .
