本是一个意外事件但当事人推诿责任的短视行为却惹得中国一介布衣“以家庭名义向肯德基宣战” 厦门“肯德基”事件曾一度沸沸扬扬,许多媒体对此作了不少篇幅的报道,事件至今还没有完全结束,但留给我们的思考却有许多……1996年2月16日,厦门市民黄崇付带女儿去厦门肯德基餐厅吃饭,黄女在餐厅内的儿童开心乐园玩耍时,由于园内人员过分拥挤,又无人疏导,黄女被人挤下滑梯摔至骨折。事发后,黄崇付多次与餐厅交涉,要求餐厅赔偿其女儿受伤治疗费、营养费等费用,但遭到餐厅拒绝,黄崇付于是向法院起诉肯德基餐厅。
