52、怎样依法调解劳动争议,维护职工合法权益?劳动争议调解委员会调解劳动争议,应当遵循“自愿、依法、平等协商”的原则。依照《企业劳动争议处理条例》有关规定,劳动争议调解委员会调解劳动争议应当在当事人申请调解之日起30日内进行。在此期间,劳动争议双方当事人经调解委员会调解自愿达成解决争议的协议时,当事人应依照《劳动法》第八十条
52. How to mediate labor disputes in accordance with the law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers?
