短跑项目是田径运动中主要的项目,是400米及400米以下距离跑和接力跑的统称。400米跑集速度和耐力于一体,是速度耐力最集中的体现,也是业余训练中最难训练的项目之一。在业余训练中如何把握400米跑的训练方法和手段也成为教练员的难题,怎样才能使学生即有兴趣又能提高成绩成为当前急需解决的问题。本人从事体育教学十几年,多次在业余训练中从事短跑的训练,对400米跑的训练有一定的认识,现总结几种训练方法和手段供大家参考。
