在工业单管上对改进的F-T合成一段催化剂(Fe/Cu/K型)进行预处理,考察了反应温度、原料气V(H2)/V(CO)的影响,试验数据表明,催化剂的性能发挥与工艺条件密切相关,所开发的一段催化剂具有良好的水汽变换性能。另外,由改进的F-T合成产物分布规律还说明两段分子筛催化剂改性的重要性。
A single catalyst (Fe / Cu / K type) for improved F-T synthesis was pretreated on an industrial single tube. The effects of reaction temperature and feed gas V (H2) / V (CO) were investigated. Performance is closely related to the process conditions, the developed catalyst has a good moisture vapor conversion performance. In addition, the modified F-T synthesis product distribution also shows the importance of two molecular sieve catalyst modification.
