随着我国网球运动的快速发展,越来越多的大学生选择网球课程,但网球运动动作复杂,运动器械难以控制造成大学生学习网球难度较大。笔者根据对网球教学的深入研究,通过文献资料法、实验法等方法,在网球教学中应用GIF动画进行实验研究,验证了GIF动画在网球教学中有很强的应用性和实践性。GIF动画可以激发学生学习网球的兴趣,充分发挥自主学习的优越性,帮助学生迅速掌握和修订运动表象,短时间内达到技术的动力定型。
With the rapid development of tennis in China, more and more college students choose tennis courses. However, the movement of tennis is complicated and the exercise equipment is difficult to control, which makes it more difficult for college students to learn tennis. Based on the in-depth study of tennis teaching, the author uses GIF animation in tennis teaching through literature research, experimental method and other methods to verify that GIF animation has strong applicability and practicality in tennis teaching. GIF animation can stimulate students interest in learning tennis, give full play to the advantages of autonomous learning, to help students quickly grasp and modify the movement appearance, to achieve the momentum of technology stereotypes within a short time.
