着重报告了自行研制的轴向对称型BGO反康屏蔽探测器的基本结构、抑制原理及其抑制性能的测试结果。测得60Coγ射线源的康普顿抑制系数在能区100~300、300~800、800~1100keV范围内分别为2.3、4.1和4.6,且峰总比为37%(对相对效率为30%的HPGe探测器)。
Focus on the report of the self-developed axial symmetric BGO anti-Kang shielding detector of the basic structure, suppression principle and the test results of its inhibition. The Compton inhibition coefficient of the 60Co gamma ray source was measured to be 2.3, 4.1 and 4.6 in the energy range of 100-300, 300-800, 800-1100 keV, respectively, and the peak total ratio was 37% (for a relative efficiency of 30% HPGe detector).
