研究了锰及热处理工艺对低碳硅锰钢显微组织和硬度的影响。试验结果表明,锰含量大于1.6%的低碳硅锰钢,直径20mm的圆棒在(α+γ)两相区加热后空冷,可得到铁素体加马氏体的双相组织。
The effects of manganese and heat treatment on the microstructure and hardness of low carbon Si-Mn steels were studied. The results show that the low-carbon Si-Mn steel with the content of manganese more than 1.6% and the round rod with the diameter of 20mm are air-cooled in the (α + γ) two-phase zone and the dual phase structure of ferrite plus martensite can be obtained.
