用高效液相色谱法测定了北京地区160名45~80岁在职和离退休干部血清维生素A和E水平,并记录了膳食维生素A与胡萝卜素摄入情况。结果表明,受检者膳食维生素A与胡萝卜素平均每日摄入量为1045.50±754.65视黄醇当量,达到及超过RDA。血清维生素A平均含量为1.57±0.46μmol/L,血清维生素A水平有随年龄增加而上升趋势。受检者中有12.1%的人血清维生素A含量低于正常水平。研究结果还表明血清维生素A与维生素E的含量之间存在明显的正相关关系。
Serum vitamin A and vitamin E levels were measured in 160 active and retired cadres aged 45 to 80 in Beijing using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The intake of dietary vitamin A and carotene was recorded. The results showed that the subjects dietary vitamin A and carotene average daily intake of 1045.50 ± 754.65 retinol equivalent, reaching and exceeding the RDA. The average level of serum vitamin A was 1.57 ± 0.46μmol / L, the level of serum vitamin A increased with age. Subjects, 12.1% of the serum levels of vitamin A below normal levels. The results also show that there is a clear positive correlation between serum vitamin A and vitamin E levels.
